Our Organisation, structured in specialised Departments, is what allows us to provide the market with the best solution and attention in each of the stages involved in a Project.
In the Preliminary phase, the Architects, Planning Offices, Contractors, etc. receive technical assistance by our Sales and R+D departments and Technical office for:
- Drawing up Time Charts and planning
- Determining models and sizes
- Defining Technical Specifications
During the development of the Project, cooperation and contact with the customer are permanently maintained through a Project Manager who is in charge of it.
In the After-Sales stage, our Services include all the activities which enable the Reliability and Quality of our products to be maintained:
- Training for Maintenance/Operation
- Supply of Spares
- Technical Assistance at the customer's request
- Preventive Maintenance Protocols
